Deployment
After a detailed feasibility analysis and careful system design, Runge and Company will help the issuer deploy an instant issuance program. Here are some of the steps we take to help an issuer implement a program:
- Manage the creation and installation of a working “prototype” desktop embossing system in a test bed environment, created to the issuer's specifications-- including hardware, software, and any required systems integration to support instant card issuance and activation
- Determine required site security enhancements at main office and all remote locations. Help the issuer complete the necessary Visa/MasterCard security self-audits
- Complete systems testing and user acceptance testing
- Incorporate any final design changes into a final “production” system for actual deployment at one or more remote locations
- Work with Visa and/or MasterCard together with the issuer's marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and tactics
- Assist with training for customer service staff, branch managers and back office support staff
- Perform post-production system evaluation
